HotPK Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

Welcome to HotPK. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and HotPK ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on HotPK, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their contents and agreed to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use HotPK. We recommend reading these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and HotPK.

These Terms apply to all players using HotPK regardless of the device they use, the game they play or the payment method they prefer. They govern the entirety of your relationship with HotPK from the moment you create an account.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on HotPK. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately, freeze any balance held and conduct an age verification review before any further action is taken. Winnings generated by an underage player may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register only one account on HotPK. You may not create additional accounts using a different name, mobile number, email address or payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice. The balance of any duplicate account will be transferred to the original account minus any bonus funds, or forfeited entirely if the duplication was deliberate.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your real name, current mobile number and date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

HotPK reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. These may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or confirmation of payment method ownership. Requests for verification must be completed within seven days or the account will be restricted until the process is finished.

• Verification documents must be valid, clearly legible and issued by a recognised Pakistani authority.
• HotPK may require re-verification if account details change significantly.
• Withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction may trigger enhanced verification checks.

You are solely responsible for the security of your HotPK account. Your login credentials — including your mobile number, password and any one-time passcodes — must be kept confidential at all times. Do not share them with anyone, including friends or family members.

3.1 Your Responsibilities

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available in your account settings.
• Contact HotPK support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.2 HotPK's Responsibility

HotPK employs SSL encryption on all connections and stores account data securely. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your own login credentials. Any activity carried out using your correct login credentials will be treated as authorised unless you report a security incident to us promptly.

HotPK accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All supported payment methods are local to Pakistan to ensure seamless, instant transactions for our players.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Easypaisa – Instant deposit via mobile wallet or over-the-counter.
• JazzCash – Instant deposit via mobile wallet.
• NayaPay – Instant digital wallet transfer.
• SadaPay – Instant digital wallet transfer.
• Bank IBFT – Interbank Fund Transfer; credited on working day confirmation.
• Visa / Mastercard – Debit or credit card issued by a Pakistani bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on HotPK is Rs 200. There is no fixed maximum deposit, but individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits. If you wish to deposit an amount above your wallet provider's standard daily limit, please contact your bank or mobile wallet provider directly.

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning a deposit from an account, wallet or card belonging to someone other than the registered account holder — are not permitted. If we identify a third-party deposit, the amount will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

HotPK processes withdrawal requests promptly. We want your winnings to reach you as quickly as possible, and our internal target is to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes during normal operating hours.

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are available via the same methods as deposits: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and bank IBFT. Withdrawals must be made to a method registered in your own name that matches your HotPK account details.

5.2 Withdrawal Fees

HotPK charges zero fees on all withdrawals. The full amount you request is the amount transferred to your wallet or bank account. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Daily withdrawal limit: Rs 5,00,000
• Requests above Rs 50,000 may require identity verification before processing

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be verified and in good standing.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed.
• Your withdrawal method must match the details of your registered HotPK account.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond our standard processing time, please contact support at support@hotpk.ws with your account details and we will investigate promptly.

HotPK offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to claim a 100% match bonus on their first deposit up to Rs 25,000. The bonus is credited to your account automatically after a qualifying deposit. To withdraw the bonus and any winnings generated from it, the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 30 times on eligible games within 30 days of being credited.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• HotPK reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. Players will be notified of material changes.
• Bonuses credited by error must be reported to support. Using an erroneously credited bonus before reporting it is considered abuse and may result in account suspension.

6.3 Wagering Contributions

Different game types contribute different percentages towards bonus wagering requirements. Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute 100%. PSL and cricket betting contributes 100%. Crash games contribute 100%. Roulette contributes 20%. Specific contribution rates for all games are listed in the promotion details on the Promotions page.

All games and betting markets on HotPK are governed by the specific rules published for each product. These game-specific rules take precedence in matters of game mechanics, payout calculation and settlement. The general rules in this section apply across the platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager is accepted only when confirmed by the HotPK system and a bet reference number is generated. Bets placed during system connectivity issues may not be registered. It is your responsibility to ensure your bet is confirmed before a game begins or before a live event starts.

7.2 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event of a manifest error — such as a clearly incorrect set of odds, a software malfunction or a database error that leads to incorrect game outcomes — HotPK reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players. We are not liable for losses caused by technical errors beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 PSL Betting – Specific Rules

• Pre-match bets are void if the match does not start within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum required overs are completed, pre-match bets are void and stakes are returned.
• Live in-play bets already matched and confirmed at the point of abandonment are settled based on the state of play at the time of interruption, in accordance with each market's settlement rules.
• Official PCB and PSL match results are used for settlement purposes.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

HotPK applies maximum winning limits per game type per day. These are displayed in the game lobby or on the relevant game rules page. Maximum winnings per day across all products combined are capped at Rs 50,00,000 unless separately agreed in writing with HotPK for VIP players.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on HotPK. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account for any individual player.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or errors in the software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in card games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits using stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money laundering or using HotPK to process funds of illicit origin.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to manipulate live game outcomes or interfere with other players' gameplay.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication towards HotPK staff.

HotPK takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we provide tools to help players stay in control of their activity.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits – Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Loss Limits – Restrict the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders – Receive a notification after a specified amount of time playing.
• Reality Check – See how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered in the current session.
• Self-Exclusion – Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel you need a break.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude, contact HotPK support at support@hotpk.ws with the subject line "Self-Exclusion Request". Self-exclusion is available for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be closed and you will not be able to register a new account on HotPK.

10.1 Closure by HotPK

HotPK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or poses a risk to the platform or to other players.

10.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your HotPK account at any time by contacting support at support@hotpk.ws. Before the account is closed, any pending wagering requirements attached to bonus balances will be reviewed. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard identity verification.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts with a balance below Rs 500 may have their balance set to zero after a further 90-day notice period. HotPK will attempt to contact you via your registered mobile number and email before taking any action on a dormant account.

All content on the HotPK platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of HotPK or its licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute or commercially exploit any of this content without prior written permission from HotPK.

Using the HotPK name, logo or any branded content in any manner that could be misleading or that implies a commercial relationship not sanctioned by HotPK is strictly prohibited.

HotPK provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, security and uptime, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or completely error-free at all times.

12.1 HotPK is not liable for

• Losses arising from service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures or third-party system failures.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your own account credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by your payment provider's own systems.

To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, HotPK's total liability to you in any given calendar month shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your HotPK account during that same month.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of HotPK that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the HotPK service, please contact us first at support@hotpk.ws. We aim to resolve all complaints within five working days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may seek further recourse through the appropriate consumer protection channels available in Pakistan.

HotPK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address at least seven days before the changes take effect, except in cases where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

Continued use of the HotPK platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using HotPK and close your account before the effective date.

The date at the top of this page ("Last updated") indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
